I’m Nat, the Founder of Barre Balance and I’m going to guide you through the challenge every step of the way. I personally design all 4 of our challenges, each one has a different theme and intention behind it.
For Spring we focus on creating positive achievable structure to your day which will give you the balance and grounding you need. We will unlock your energy potential through movement, nutrition and mindfulness.
Our challenges bring every body together, if you are fearful of starting something new, don’t be, as we are community like no other. We are loving, understanding, supportive, welcoming and make you feel part of something special pretty quickly.
